From the AA boards...http://www.coacht.com/boards/index.php/topic/226915-classifications-are-out/

Looks like 4 private schools are going to benefit from this new one class jump rule. Sad that three have the multiplier applied while four others don't. What a fair governing body we have here in TN.

Those that benefit.

  1. Boyd Buchanan, with multiplier they should be in AA but get to stay in A
  2. Grace Christian, with multiplier they should be in AA but get to stay in A
  3. Goodpasture Christian, with multiplier they should be in AA but get to stay in A
  4. Knoxville Christian, with multiplier they should be in AAA but get to stay in AA

In fairness to Boyd they were on the bubble and might have been in A anyway. But the others clearly are receiving an advantage that CAK, CCS and Lipscomb are not getting.

I also find it very interesting that they are now referring to the football sub-classes as just a class. So now we have for football Class A Class 1A and Class 2A, how stupid! If you're going to have classifications inside of Class, it has to be a sub-class.

Don't get me wrong with this post I think the privates should play in the private division. But if you're going to allow them to play in a different division have a rule that can be evenly applied to all that choose to do it. I don't like the T$$AA or the man at the helm of it and crap like this is why.

If they move down they would be but I project that they will stay where they are at. Goodpasture probably would be in the district with Clarksville Academy, Jo Byrns, and East Robertson if they did decide to stay where they are. If Trousdale moves up, I think they go with Smith Co. And company.

Sounds like D10 is gonna have to step their game up.

NCS won @ Houston Co a very tough win for the Eagles tonight. It was a very sloppy game for both teams tonight. NCS needs to fix some things on the special teams next week in practice.

NCS is now 7-2 overall and 4-1 in District10A. now there is a three way tie for first place. We will take a win even if it was a sloppy game for us. This was a statement game for NCS in 10A football for sure. Give a lot of credit to HC tonight. Bring on the JB Red Devils next weekend for a home game the Rivalry is renewed should be a very interesting game next friday at NCS home field.
