Got to think Heritage is getting really close to a bump. Even with the multiplier the private schools are both still too small to be close to moving. Heritage seems only one in danger of leaving.

My guess would be WHH bumps to 3a and leaves the district and they move someone else in... or they bump whh out and leave the district with 6 schools.
