District 14A 2012-2013 Who ya got?

I don't disagree with you UCTdoes that UC is bigger and stronger than anyone in 14A. Also agree if they are hitting a bunch of 3pts then it will be hard for anyone to beat them. As far as Lake County handling pressure bringing the ball up court I guarantee you that won't be a problem we are talking about in a couple of weeks. Yancy has never had trouble with pressure and I don't look for her to start now. I may be wrong but I don't think anyone we play in 14A will be as good as Dyer Co. with the exception of UC. Keelha Jones off the bench actually gives us a third shooter and she had 11pts with 3 3pts. We will be fine and right there challenging for the district crown.......until Fair returns.....if she returns. lol

Who has games this week? Lake Co. Lady Falcons play Thursday night at 5pm against St. George in Ripley. They play Ripley later in the night. Any other games to watch this week?

Bradford over Bruceton 60/24 in season opener.

Lady Falcons looked really good tonight beating a bigger St.George team 60-37. Lady Falcons shot lights out including 9 three pointers. Keelha Jones and Kayla Allison were hot off the bench. Allison hit three 3pts. Pearson and Gray were fantastic. In the second full game the LC girls were tired but beat Ripley61-17. Pearson and Gray led the way and Teerica Williams played well. 8 three pointers in this game. Two great efforts by LC, now 2-0 on the year.

UC win at Chester Co 49-46. Reedy led the way with 25 and Hudson had 14. Saturday they play at Covington against i think MEHA.I find out for sure but it starts at 3:30.

Well that explains it. I was looking for UC vs Covington instead of UC vs Memphis Home Education Association lol. Did they play a full game or just a half?

Full game.MHEA ran a lot of clock on offense.They were 2-0 beating Briarcrest and Millington.

How good are those teams this year.Millington is 0-3..Looks to be like most of us has said.Union city goes as Fair goes.Not that they arent a good team,but beatable on any given night by most teams in the district.

 

26 points isnt going to win many games.
