I would take our box seats at Alcoee over any of those season ticket seats.

We need to get BC's wife to come up and cut hair and give manicures during the game.

found out today that the alcoa v greeneville series probably will not be continued.....heard that security had to step in and basically stop an alcoa fan who evidentally grabbed one of our players as they went to thelocker room at halftime and said to him " how'd you like that B***H"? also heard that alot of greeneville folks were treated horribly by the alcoa faithful....personally, i was treated with nothing but respect by every alcoa person i encounered....i was even escorted to the alcoa alumni dinner to get some sweets when i had a diabetic episode...im not revealing where i heard this, or which player was grabbed, because that's irrelevant, i just hope that somehow, someway, this series can continue. i think both programs benefit from it, HOWEVER, if this stuff is what's happening, no matter where it's happening, i cant blame them for not continueing the series. i just thought there was a level of respect between the two programs that transcended this sort of crap...i guess every school has its share of buttholes, even ours. anyway, i had several people ask me at the game if the series would be continued after this year and I didnt have an answer, and STILL may not have the correct one here, im just passing along something I heard.....

choo choo, no appology required...im pretty sure greeneville has some jerk off fans as well, as do ALL sports teams.....i too was shocked to hear this news but looking back on last friday, i can see where it would be easy for the knuckleheads to easily gain access to the visiting players. i dont see any other way for the p layers to get to the LR, however, they could maybe line up some security for the teams to p #### thru. i was really hoping to see this series continue because i think its beneficialy for both programs...in most years. Im not sure that Greeneville did anything this year to help you guys get ready for a state run, but i do know this game would be a fantastic anual event...atleast in my opinion...i guess we'll see what happens.

unfortunately Tornado it is very true and yes it is shameful, but, it happens and it happens everywhere. I'd like to think that visiting teams could pass thru a throng of greeneville fans and not get verbally assaulted, but im sure there's always atleast one fart blossom just waiting for his chance to take a shot at a kid....the part that REALLY bothered me was the fact that someone actually put their hands on one of our players in a manner other than to say "good game"....i patted several alcoa players on the helmet and shoulder pads last year after the game in greeneville and wished them well the rest of the way, but for some one to physically put their hands on a kid and talk smack is......well...lets just say if someone ever did that to my kid there would be a butt whuppin of monumental perportions waiting for someone and im sure everyone else here feels the same.

I'll agree brother,I wouldn't have a problem kicking the #% out of a Greeneville,DB or one of my supposed own fans either.Dumba's at every school and we all know it.
