Pirates should come out early and pound miller early by getting low when you tackle and brusing them shins up with that helmet.That will bruise him and slow him down. Hit him high and he is beating on you. Stay low and wrap up and he will wear down.

 

buddy if getting the ball 44 times and running 411 yards and 6 td didnt wear him down that aint gonna he has got some good moves also . he aint a tree trunk that runs streight ahead . most of his yards 7, 8 sometime more and after first contact two people aint gonna bring him down unless they unload and then he still maybe get more yards

Pirates need to gut it out and win a big physical in your face kinda games. These young boys need to believe they can win a game like this. It would definately help their mind state as they move forward into the playoffs. Strap em up Pirates, this is gonna be a war.

Number one u don't have to have a division one QB to turn around and hand the ball off....its not going to be a big suprise if polk runs duh they ran it 67 times in one game that's a state record!! Who cares if polk has a backup QB and yalls "YOUNG" line is not going to stop him....polk is going to run just like always but it isn't going to matter

My point was just that. Did i say IF they run? They know polk is gonna line up and run it right as SP. And Miller will get the call. Now what will the younguns do about it? You say they cant stop him. I find it hard to believe one man cant be stopped? But heck they couldnt stop Wayne County's one man show. I guess time will tell.

Ok Buddy i think he plays both sides. Hopefully SP brings 11 thats intersted in playing offense Friday and if so he should get some wind sprints in while he's on defense to go along with his 6 touchdown runs and 44 carries.Again that is totally up to SP and who shows up Friday. Wouldnt be a shocker if SP shut him down
