voltnh
***Could've sworn that I put TN High in the thread title... Figured if there was a DB vs. Volunteer thread, this game might as well get one. Science Hill looking to wrap up a 9-0 record, best since the 1970s. I'm sure TN High has something to play for.... Science Hill is the obvious favorite here. Liked the way the Vikings played against DB even though they were woefully outmatched.
TopperFootball
I think this game will determine how well we'll matchup against DB. Hope we come out ready
THSFather
I have a feeling THS will give the toppers a run for there money, science hill will be focused on DB in two weeks.
voltnh
The main thing SH needs to do, bedsides win, is stay healthy. With Tate Isbell going down and another player lost for the year due to a freak deck collapse, you may see Carter rotate in some reserves earlier than usual. For that reason, it may be closer than some think. But SH still wins comfortably.
Fitness4life
Boy, DB sure poured it on Tenn High. No mercy . . .
LGVol
DB was all the way down to their B-Team by the 4th Qtr and used their 2nd String kicker. Graham has to make sure his starters are ready for 4 quarter games in the playoffs. It seems like you people want us to pull starters after going up 35 pts in the 2st Qtr of most games. Sorry...it's the defense's job to stop the offense. Why insult the opposition by laying down with a big lead?
couch qb
Nobody's crying about it in Bristol...we simply should have made a few more tackles...BUT!!! what goes around comes around in due time

Waiting for Clark to give this a kid a lot more carries in a game. And I believe pulling starters after 35 against THS would've sent the wrong message to the players. THS scored 18 against the 1st string in the first half. Maybe Clark respected THS enough and wanted to ensure they had a big enough lead. I'd say he'll not want to have a similar incident to what happened last year against Sevier County. Not saying THS could've been that team, but the Tribe could face a team down the road that can put points on the board quickly. LGVol
Thank you "Couch" and "Vikings2004" for stating the obvious. I glad you understand..wish others in the area did."Couch",you're right..payback always comes. It took us several years for "payback" to come around after your great teams..St and National champs...of the early 70's. Best of luck this week!!!! Beat the Toppers!!!
