Both teams got hosed tonight on bad calls. Don't blame refs for lose. WH call for running

into kicker gave us seven points. We got beat by a good team, nothing to be ashamed about..

Finally, a guy with class who accepts defeat with class. Refreshing.

Saulsberry seems like a class act....and he certainly didn't abandon the running game this time around. lol

 

As always, Maryville played like champions and Quarles was a class act. Just didn't come out with the top score. No need for some of the fans to whine like babies about the refs, though. They had a full overtime to beat Whitehaven, but they didn't. Give credit where it is due.

Like it or not, it was the right cal. Maryville had a linemen standing on the goal line, which was past the line of scrimmage. Congrats Whitehaven!

 

Nobody on the goal line.....but even if they were o the goal line.....read the rule

I'll also add that Dodson definitely lived up to the bill.

 

That kid is a fantastic football player. Was also very impressed with the quarterback and #5 on defense.

U have 3 yd area and the call was awful. Worst call ever. Referee not there to decide game but he did. WH is tough. Rebs should have won. No questions.
