The Rebels are already a better team with Finley at the helm, Good things are in store for Stewart County Football.

SC will win 3-5 games next year. Those 3-5 will be NW who may be improving but is still NW. Waverly who loses a very good Qb and some skill players. Creekwood will be a toss-up but could go the rebels way if they can replace some defensive losses. Montgomery Central who is still a couple of years from getting back to competitive. Finally East Hickman, who seems to be improving but still seems to not have consistancy, plus I heard they lost several skill players. HC will not be one of those wins for SC. HC returns too much this year. SC will be lucky to stay on the field them this year.

Those 2013 Rebs are looking a little better than I had figured. Glad to see them win over a Clarksville team. Keep it up Rebels. You can make some noise in the playoffs if you keep working hard.

This coach Finley is the real deal . Stewart County football has a bright future with this man leading and yes he has the Rebel Nation behind him. Can't wait to see the program that he will build!

Coach Finley is the real deal and the Rebels will be a playoff team in 3A come November. They have a great shot of getting back on track this week against Waverly. After Waverly the district run hits high gear with games against Creek Wood, Montgomery Central, Hickman, East Hickman, Lewis, and Camden.

Fairview smashed us but we already proved ya'll wrong by beating HC. Everyone else better watch it cause this season its Our Blood Our Sweat Your Tears

45, you guys are going to be just fine. You've got the right guy as Head Coach. Football is a game of peaks and valleys. Teams have up years and down years. Stewart County is headed up. Keep putting in work. You guys have a lot of football yet to play this year.

Congratulations to Coach Finley on his 3rd win in 4 games so far this season. Enjoy the bye and the victory. Defense stepped up tonight. Cannot say enough good things about the Rebel Coach.

Stewart County is 3-1 with games against Creek Wood, Montgomery Central, and East Hickman coming up after the "bye" week. I don't think that a 5-2 start is out of the question. If they did somehow catch 100% of the breaks and got to 6-1 that would be incredible. Coach Finley is going to do special things in Dover and make the Rebels football program a known force in 3A.
