This is true. Ridiculous what the high school football situation has come to for a man with his results. It's a travesty, really. For a man that has given his life to Goodpasture, it really is sad.

What in the world is going on? I have heard 2 coaches lost their jobs and that there is a lot of opposition to this move with in their community.

The stuff that's been going around about this deal is really embarrassing for the school. Plus David had the majority of support at the school and from the players. And of course Alumni were completely on his side. When it all comes out what they did to that guy, it will just look terribly sad. Whoever gets him is going to get a great coach, teacher, and man. He's going to make somebody look awfully good.

Whoever gets this job will be in a good position, with the Cougars dropping down to 2A and having a lot of young talent coming up

David Peden is my guess. Rumors were there was a verbal understanding but nothing in writing weeks ago. That of course to be able to deny any and all rumors.

Coach Martin is a good man and a good coach. This was not right.
