Please do inform!

Heard they have some young talent coming up and 2 kids that will be playing big time programs on Saturdays is a good start VW u of T commit and RG whom I just noted today SC just offered

Two SEC players on one team in Williamson County. I'd say they are the front runners for the district. We don't have that over here in Rutherford. Are they favored to win district? I guess Indy has lots of people wanting the job then? If not, what is the problem over there?

Vic Wharton just committed to the Vols, plays DB, WR,Qb and a stud returning punts and KO-

Rasheed Gauldin(spelling) was offered Cocks today and has offers from Miami, UF,and others plays safety ,DB and WR - is real deal in secondary ( sat out last year due to him transferring from BA )

Indy was hit hard when they opened up the new HS (Summit)

As ND said, rezoning is the problem. The opening of Summit a year and half ago will take a toll on Indy for the next two years. The Eagles only have 14 rising seniors from this past season. About half of them played significant minutes last year. And only one of those seniors is a lineman. There are are only three upcoming junior lineman with the size to play AAA football. And of the 19 rising juniors, maybe two saw real varsity minutes as sophomores. There is talent in the skill positions, but a couple may be keeping their options open. The rising sophomores are strong in numbers and talent but they are sophomores. So it's going to be a rebuilding job in a way for the next coach.

    • Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
    • I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
