Is the split with SHS causing the talent to decrease , hence a coach knows it will be hard to win at Indy?

Please don't take this the wrong way. Lebanon High's coaching search stretched out for about six weeks before landing Sam Harp (300-plus career wins & 7 state titles in Kentucky). The Lebanon AD told a buddy of mine who was concerned about how long the process was taking, "I can hire anybody tomorrow, or I can keep looking for the right guy". Hang in there Indy. Here's hoping your patience will be rewarded.

Hey ND, Dr. Campbell was quoted in the Williamson Herald as saying he hoped to have a coach in place by the end of January. I think that it will be hard to get an established name to come over for the reasons you listed.
