BKisler
If we get past Brentwood we will be undefeated coming into the Mt Juliet game. I am looking forward to this one. Last spring the cougars put a big time thrashing on the bears. Now it will be for real. Last spring you did beat MJ pretty good. MJ was playing alot of players in postions on the other side of the ball that they had never played before. ( Guys that play strictly offense were trying defensive positions and so on. ) But that is no excuse; you smacked the Bears good. They will be remembering that and looking forward to returning the favor on the Cougar home field.

SummaryJudgment
Just read in the Franklin Home Page that Vic Wharton is having hip surgery to repair a partially torn labrum. He will be out 2-4 months. The article said that VW tweeted with a Vol fan that he will be back in week 3,4, or 5.

Because surgery was going to be delayed so long (4-6 weeks) which would have cost VW his senior season, he decided to do shots in the hip so that he can play in the fall. So Wharton will miss no action in 2013?
SummaryJudgment
So Wharton will miss no action in 2013? That's my understanding. He will be ready for week 0.

Ya know VW is exciting player but from what I heard last year was there is a lot of "I" and not a lot of team from him
BT Mafia
Ya know VW is exciting player but from what I heard last year was there is a lot of "I" and not a lot of team from him I saw two Indy games last year and would say that is a fair evaluation. howdoitknow
Kids don't learn that logic of thought on their own. Many times parents or other outside factors can cause kids to become selfish and look at their own accolades above the accomplishments of the team.
