I predict Humboldt and LC will meet for the title. I have watched coach barger from the Perry co bleachers and state a number of times now and if she isn't the best 1A coach, I don't know who is. LC gets better with every game during the season. Thats what a great coach does for their team!!

Tough loss for Richland boys tonight, what a great team they have and how great there season was! Lake co. Was a class act no doubt to! With that being said TSSAA needs to look into how they let things go! Lake co should not have been allowed in post due to there ineligible player they had during the regular season, not taking anything away from there team but that's nonsense that they are allowed that! With that good luck to lake co tomorrow in the championship game! Class act team, I seen them more than once help Richland players up ad vice versa!

Baller100, I know it was a tough loss and just so you know LC was punished for the ineligible player, really to harsh in my opinion if you knew the circumstances around it. Will post all the situation on here but will say the TSSAA told LC and Trenton-Peabody, who also was punished and had to forfiet games, that they followed all the protocol and did NOTHING wrong in the situation. Just had been given some wrong information. Bottomline is the falcons have over come much adversity and are playing their best ball at the right time. As for the game a great game between 2 good teams. Now it is time for a District 14-A title tilt.

I'm not taking anything away from lake co. Yea it was a tough loss, and I'm not taking nothing away from lc boys I just feel that as a school and a athletic director it's on them if something happens! I heard the kid was 22 that was playing, with that said I may be wrong about that info. I say best of luck to lc they seemed like a class act its just hard to see 2 teams knocked out of a tournament when they have abided by the rules all year long to be beat by a school that was in the wrong. I know they had to forfeit but still! I give them boys credit though they have won the games to get where they are at but it's hard to fathom them getting in the post season with that. But still I'm taking nothing away from the boys that are on the court I'm talking about TSSAA and the ad at lc high school

The man that was playing HS ball was at Ridgeway. Easy story to follow. All you had to do was Google it.

    • It is what it is. Sorry DFL.
    • One of the biggest loosing teams in Mid-State are the Macon County Tigerettes. I have noticed that the roster is smaller than in the years past. All the senior's have quit. We have a great group of Jr High players coming up. I sure hope they don't loose them, like they have lost so many others this year. With this young group of girls coming up, a weaker district, they should have no problem going to State.
    • It was updated this season, because I did it.  Linder is the school's all-time leading rusher at 5,156 yards with 2,436 of those coming in 2014.
    • Oh, I’m sure you did. Maybe you heard just a rumor, but considering we have a football practice field and a soccer field that’s frequently used for lacrosse games and practices, I highly doubt it. Let me change that. I know for a fact that didn’t happen.   Glad you finally stopped attacking a bunch of high school students, but still obsessed with the coaching staff for some unknown reason, even though you could name more than three (at most) coaches without looking it up. But now come up with something else.
    • You really mean the Price twin boys and Lyin Larry.
