Williamson County is not, I repeat, IS NOT, a utopia for coaching assignments. They have idiots at the top level. They make coaches teach 6-7 periods a day. I know this, I worked there. They made Jackie Bennett teach 6 classes as head coach at page. They have some kind of communist testing system for getting into the system, don't blame anyone who has seen this for bailing for greener pastures.

They can't make you test to get in the system. It's public school. They HAVE to admit anyone who lives in the zone for that school. Now, if you want to go to one that you aren't zoned for, that's a different story....

NOT a HOF anything, but I do know BAD working conditions when I see them. Especially when I see how much better neighboring counties coaches have it.

 

Also know/known some of the coaches that have left and what they said privately as to WHY.

Brentwood starts spring practice Monday, unless they hire a coach before then. In that case, they will push practice back to Wednesday.
