Heard this afternoon that David Pack applied. He use to coach at CPA then took over FRA briefly.

This confirms where the David Pack talk is coming from. Interesting. David Pack and Tim Moore were at Franklin Road Academy together. David Pack was the head coach at CPA where he was also the offensive coordinator for several championship teams. Tim Moore was the head coach at BGA where he also served as the defensive coordinator while they won several championships. Those two then joined up at FRA and were on staff together. It's all coming together now. Possibly a package deal to get both at SP. You get an offensive and defensive mind as a tandem.

And poor old stone would be left out in dry.... You have a qualified coach in place...

That's just part of the business. I'm sure he and other coaches would land on their feet somewhere. You can't worry about hurting feelings or spending time trying to take care of your own. In the end it all comes down to wins, losses and winning championships. I believe Grider will be looking at that first and foremost.

Pack is not the best choice to lead young men. Not all about winning championships on the high school level. FRA understood that.

What do you want? These two guys won multiple championships. That would be a really good combination.

I don't want to say it 100% without researching it but was there some arrests involving Pack last year during an undercover sting?

I don't think he is able to teach at a public school with that on his record. That always trumps win/loss records
