Let me ask you a question. I was in Foodland this morning and some man told me that Grider had only interviewed one or two people so far and he had over 100 to go. What kind of mess is this? It is almost half way through January and Grider is being lazy about this and not getting our boys a coach. This is a bunch of mess. I garuntee you our boys need a coach so they can start lifting weights and getting real strong for spring training. You think im joking but im not.

Roy, I hate to break it to ya, but Grider doesn't lift the weights for the boys. All they need is a supervisor, and they have that.

The fact that this particular thread is on page 80 just goes to show how important the new coach is to the Pirate machine. I wonder if the possible new coach has read any of this? I wonder if Vic is actually one of us?
