S32 Qualifier

As alwyas the best way to ensure you get in to S32 is attend a Qualifying event.

We always welcome TN wrestlers to GA ...several came last year and did very well.

Year in and year out the toughest event I have seen.......S32 !

Ask Sean or Ryan what they think of the event and placing. Ask any MS wrestler what their experience was like.

Ask the countless GA HS State placers and State champs that went 0-2 or DNP place what they think. Ask the wrestlers who are wrestling in college right now as we speak that did not place what they think of S32.

I encourage folks to get ready for this event. Union Grove is hosting the Qualifying event with the GNWA running said event. All are welcome. The qualifying event over the years has provided some very intriguing matchup's as there are no classifications

That dream match up you have been waiting to see often takes place one time a year and it is at the S32 Qualifier. Lets prepare for S32 in October with GA wrestlers putting in the work wherever they train so we can have our best showing ever. S32 2013!

The 2013 Georgia Super 32 qualifier will be held on September 7th as a one day event at Union Grove High School. We are wrestling High School Division ONLY. 7th and 8th Graders may compete in the high school division.

Registration: Now until September 1st

 

Weigh Ins: Friday Sept 6th 5PM - 8:00PM

We will have Saturday morning weigh-ins 7 - 7:30AM for verified football players ONLY. Have your coach send an email requesting Saturday weigh in. No exceptions.

Looks like TN had two champions with Mike Binns at 152 and Sean Kennedy at 170.  Elan McCasland from Beech had a big win over TN state runner-up Austin Richard in the consolation semifinals at 132lbs.  I think this tournament also gives a good idea of what weight class a lot of these guys will end up at this season. I'm sure there was some heavy sucking weight by some since the weighins were the day before the tournament but I think most will get down to the weights they wrestled today in the regular HS season.
