One point of clarification, this is David Crockett High School located in Jonesborough (northeast TN) and NOT Crockett County located near Jackson in west TN.

 

I'm going Science Hill 24-0 ......  oh wait, that's at the end of the 1st quarter ....

You got that right.     As a Boone fan I'm pulling for DC in the upset, probably not realistic, but still  hoping for a Pioneer victory.       I actually see DC matching SH play-for-play for the most part, but SH will burn them on a few really long plays and that will be the difference in the game.

Crockett has been asking for this all week. They've been tweeting the Science Hill students and players, taunting them, even calling them n*ggers. So I don't feel the least bit sorry for them. They made it personal. They have only themselves to blame for this lopsided beating. You taunt and make comments like that all week, you better be ready to back that kind of talk up on the field or this is what happens to you. Hopefully this will teach them to show their opponents a little more respect.

heck guys,maybe Crockett just sucks. SH's starters only played the first half; they need the work with M West next week. Several of the SH scoring drives were fewer than 4 plays. Crockett couldn't stop them and got it handed to them. Man up and move on.

This. Karma just bit Crockett in the backside. Did they really think they were going to call the Science Hill students and players n*ggers and get away with it? They didn't think that may just light a fire under the Toppers like no other? They should probably watch what they say to the rest of the opponents this season. They need to be taught some respect.
