Technically yes but practically no.  Grace was up 3-0 at the half and then started going through the motions.  Also a little somber due to a pending passing of a grandmother effecting two of the players.  As stated before, they are a tight knit group and definitely feel for each other. 

 

Still probably had over 20 shots on goal but mostly pretty weak with no passion or sense of urgency.  Polk keeper was VERY busy and did quite a nice job.

 

In light of that, Grace Coach had them stay after specifically to work on finishing. 

 

Believe they will be fine and take care of business tonight against CSAS.

Must have been a good game

was a great game...of course, the games with CCS are always competitive and close games...the score showed it to be in my opinion, much closer than it was...ND had a penalty kick in the first 2 minutes because of a foul in the box and we missed it because it was pulled at least 4 feet left wide...ND also had 3 deflect directly off the frame...Those 2 coaches have a lot of respect for one another and CCS makes me nervous everytime we play them for some reason..If I had preference, I would prefer not to play CCS again next Thursday...Yes; Booger said it...PUBS
