I've seen both of these teams. With the season the wood has had, if pc scores first it might be over right then. The wood will put up a fight for as long as pc allows them to compete. It might be a round two knockout though. I'm going to have to take pc in a blowout. Might not be mercy rule but it will be by a few scores.

Yall know what...I dont think think this will be a blowout...Its to much pride and bad blood between the to. Everybody has a team that can match up with them no matter what record they have and maplewood is that team that matches up with PC. Pc wins buy maybe a touchdown or 2 but i dont think no more..

I don't think Maplewood is guaranteed to miss the playoffs if they lose based on the tie-breakers in place. The Panthers played a fairly decent out-of-disctrict schedule. Naturally, a win would guarantee a playoff spot for Maplewood.  If you think it through,  the the two teams may meet in the first round regardless of who wins.  Unless, of course, the TSSAA has a rule against two teams from the same district meeting in the first round.
