EASILY the worst Goodpasture team in 20+ years, but they still win this one.

Things are going south in Madison really quick.

What was the record last year? Last 2 years?

2010- 13-2 (5-0) 3A state runner up

2011-   8-4 (5-0) 3A playoffs lost 2nd round

2012-   5-6 (3-2) 3A playoffs lost 1st round

2013-   5-5 (3-1) 2A playoffs

It looks like GP is also losing a lot of starters. I don't think they'll be any better next year.

Both teams are about as good as their records show...neither one is great...Goodpasture is plenty capable of making enough mistakes to give JC the W...but it'll be harder in Madison, with all the home cooking going on up there...

This team is actually very talented. The pantry was left totally stocked. 2010 state runner up. 2011 lost to eventual state semi finalist on final play in first round. 2012 hit with suspensions and not really a good comparison.This team is loaded with 17 seniors, moved down in classification, and were ranked number #1 in every single 2A preseason poll. What you have is an absurd coaching situation that is a joke that he was even hired. Even with this much talent he totally screws it up. This is a nose dive like nothing we have ever seen. Just wait, it will get much worse.

Why don't you go back to the hole you crawled out of and spew your info on the radio or wherever you can get someone to listen to you? Normally I wouldn't post a response to someone's opinion of coaching, etc as everyone has the right to an opinion. However in your case, I recall your post about the senior class at Goodpasture being "cancer" and the program will be better off when they leave. Now you are stating the program was left stocked with 17 seniors and are very talented. I will tell you again just like I told you several months ago, it takes a big man to call 16 to 18 year olds names like this. If you don't recall making the post, it can be found under the blog where Coach Martin resigned.

 

Say what you want about grown men, but you owe this group of young men an apology. If they go 10 and 0 or 0 and 10, it doesn't give you or anyone else the right to call names like this. I just hope no one in your family ever has to suffer this terrible disease and I hope no one ever calls your kids a cancer.

I have to say the GP man is right on target  Parts unknown, you have no clue and would be much better off just keeping your mouth shut.

I don't know anything about GP coach, but in the games I have seen online, they look much improved since they played TC.
