They keep saying that same thing over and over and I keep saying the same thing and I never get a response.

And I still say Hammontree and Heritage haven't proven anything to me, talk to me after they win a few games. And I still say you have to bet against heritage until they beat WB on the field. But nevertheless.... The game this year should be really fun and have a good atmosphere. Its always more fun and exciting when heritage fans believe they can win.

Ok 91 what has ridge and willy bee proved to you? I mean they were 2-8 last year and one of the wins was Heritage so that was the swing game that made the difference in the record. Yes wb won I'll give them that but were the 2 teams really that different? I keep hearing about all the depth you have at qb and I know jake jr. is gonna be a good one but isn't the same kid who you ripped last year back?

how is it going to be different this year? I'm not looking for a fight I'm just wondering after reading this thread.

WB has proven to me that they are better than heritage and have been for almost two decades and they have proven that they can be a competitive team night in and night out win or lose. You look at WB's records most years and you always see multiple games that came down to 1 or 2 possessions that could have easily been Ws instead of losses if you cut out that 1 mistake , 1 bad possession, or that 1 one busted coverage on defense that led to a score for the other team. And you look at Heritage's records and you see tons of games where they were blown out and you see that their only win in 2 years is against seymour. It just rubs me the wrong way when people want to act like heritage is on our level or even about to pass us up. I will believe it when I see it. Edited July 27, 2014 by Governors91

And I believe we will be better this year because: the team has had another year to adjust to Ridge's system, lots of starters back (and back-ups who got playing time), the fact that we were so competitive in so many games last year, and the fact that some of the teams we will be playing are going to be under new coaches this year and/or lost alot of starters to graduation. Those are the reasons I believe we crack .500 this year. Of course I could be wrong but I am fairly confident that I will be right.

If you were really in a good mood you wouldn't be trying to be a 🴠. Naturally by "system" I mean a new offense, defense etc. last year we saw some mistakes and miscommunications between players and coaches. In year 2 we will undoubtedly see less of that because the players and coaches have had alot more time to get acclimated to each other and will be more on the same page.
