Kids at Camden play 3 sports a lot. While our kids have mandatory work outs for football they have many opportunities to get them in..say you need to miss Friday for aau basketball game or travel base

Contacted Camden's QB?

Yeah my bad... that should have said QB Club.   which if you don't know raises money for the program for things like new weights/field house/uniforms/charter buses(for really long trips/big games)basically anything the coach wants or needs for the team. I understand Waverly has nothing like it and reached out to us. I am pretty sure that we didn't have one until we got coach Ward . I believe it was step one in us becoming a playoff team year in and out.

 

I really hope Waverly steps up. We get about one or 2 decent visitors crowds a year,one really big one(Huntingdon)  and a good team in Waverly would add to that tremendously .

No, we had one, we just didn't have a very good team very often.

Hope its not true, but from what I understand, Coach Mac from Jackson North Side is in the mix as well. He is from Waverly. LBKILLER he is the one that suited up for the Vols!

He suited up for baseball if I'm correct. Heard that a former player Justin Browning who was a walk-on for the Vols in football and is coaching in St. Louis someone told me also interviewed for the position. They also have David Flowers who was on the current staff, who I was told was a football player at Tennesee Tech that interviewed also. Sounds like a lot of good applicants.

      West would be a good team to get behind if they can pull it off again like last year. That championship game last year was awesome.

      I say that because he stepped out of a MUCH better situation on his own than he would see at least his first 3 years at DCA and it would take at least that much to bring him back to coaching. There are other fish in the sea, but again money talks. Need to fix the girls hoops too. Now I'll try again. Who has Pierce locked in for his staff? Hearing a McGavock man but not the Iceman.

      I’ve heard mostly good things from the gridiron. Lots of optimism. It sounds like the portal has mostly helped, though there are a few expected defections. Comeback year!

      Rudesell 1 year at Crockett. Coach Tate 2 weeks a Bradford. South Gibson supposedly going with jcs middle school coach. Which isn’t who I thought would get it, I know the top 2 was between him and Obion girls head coach.

      Looks like Trent Noah was released from his NLI at South Carolina with intent to pursue playing closer to home. Kentucky and Louisville both reported to be in the mix for him now.
