I think Soddy just made Carter look good. Well they made pretty much every pitcher they faced look good but things look like they will change this year.

East Ridge was a power house in 2000. Five of the seven seniors got college scholarships that year. East Ridge may turn some heads this year without a doubt.

I think Ooltewah will have one of the top teams in the city this year. They will go along with Soddy and Central in a tough district.

I think some of you have forgotten about Boyd-Buchanan. We had a real good year last year and got put out in the region championship by a good CCS team. We finished the season at 29-5. We lost a few key players but are not gonna let that stop us from building on last year. I think that some teams will be suprised by us, particularly Ringgold. I think that we can do big things this year. Don't count us out. Someone let me know what you think.

I think that Soddy is going to be the dark horse cauae no one thanks thaey have anything because of their record last year.

SD will be better this year, but coach needs to cut the dead weight. 25 man roster isn't needed. From all classes, seniors on down. Put the best 9 on the field and if any of the errors and .098 batting ave. show up like last year, grab some pine. And give up 5 runs in first inning and expect to see some bullpen action. Did a pitcher for SD give up 5 runs in the first inning last year and not get pulled? Did this happen consistently? Who was the pitcher? Hopefully he will pitch against my team this year.

Where is Red Bank in your lists? They've got two or three good sophs with plenty of potential. Two started a lot last year, and one has a heck of a curveball. Lions have a good senior group but the one downside is their juniors are a pretty bad class for baseball. Like I said, Red Bank has a plenty of upside for the next couple years when this batch of sophs are seniors. They should be favored this year as district champs, maybe better.

I think that might have happened maybe once.....and if it did then i am sure it wasn't all the picthers fault....there were probably some errors in there.

Ultimatefan was just trying to say that this year if you continue to stuggle your goin to be in the dugout untill you get out of your slump. The whole pitching thing he said was just an example and hes not saying anyone actually did it.
