That is interesting but everyone would have to rest a week or have the state title games a separate weekend than 3A-6A.

Having them on the Saturday before wouldn't be a bad thing. They are already spread out over 2 days.

mississippi plays an 11th week in the regular season for classes 1A and 6A and then starts their playoffs a week later so that the state championship games in all classes are on the same weekend.

Officials at the TC - GP game were horrible at best, the first game there were only 3 or 4 penalties the entire game, Friday night there were 15- 20 and 8-9 unsportsmanlike. If did not effect the outcome, but it make for a horrible night for both team. You should have better officials for round 2 games. 

Why should officials for round 2 be any better than any other?  The officials should always be neutral and know the rules.

because as you get deeper in the playoffs there are less games each friday, so only the better officiating crews are working.

Look Grunt, just because they don't understand the rules is no reason to go picking on Ky officials. 

 

 We had a play up there this season where they marked off a personal foul from the spot of an INCOMPLETE pass.  It ended up being a 30 yard penalty since the ball was thrown 15 yards downfield and out of bounds
