MUS has an enormous challenge ahead of them.  I would have given them the edge in this game before they lost their star player and MVP Colton Neel to injury Friday night.  Now it' very questionable.  Since he became the focus of their running game, he has been rushing for 100 yards and 2 TDs per game.  He possesses a rare combination of quickness, speed, evasiveness and power that is impossible to replace.   We'll see what magic Coach Alston can weave.

I didn't know that.

Exactly halfway through the 3rd quarter, at the end of a run, Neel was being tackled and falling sideways. He rotated his body 90 degrees so that he hit face first - but his ankles were wrapped up tightly by the McCalie player and his 2 leg bones could not rotate properly - a sure fire recipe for breaking your fibula at the ankle, which I'm pretty sure he did.  At that point in the game he had 127 yards rushing and had been virtually unstoppable.
