What about West?

I have given my opinion of West this year already. While they will be good, they are in no way, shape, form, or fashion the same West team that was seen last year. As a Fulton fan, we aren't what we were last year either and I think if Catholic can stay healthy then we might be in trouble come playoff time

Do you know how many starters West brings back on O & D by any chance?

^ West brings back all their best players. They still have Cottrell and Marshall. And they still have Hoaxie and Bacon on defense.

If I remember reading correctly in the prep xtra mag it was 6-7 on D and 5-6 on O... Pretty close to that I am sure

That's still quite a bit.

They also lost two big time playmakers on D in LB Underwood and a DL whose name I don't recall along with a couple of OL(one was all state)

No guarantees for HC this year. We've lost several on O & some playmakers on D. HC is talented but Memphis East, Hillsboro, & Ridgeway just off the top of my head will be very tough come playoff time. HC has plenty of work to do but I have faith in our coaching staff.

Well, we get to play under the lights tonight in the Jamboree. Excited to see a "healthier" group out there getting prepped for next week's opener against Liberty. From what I understand McCracken will be bringing a boatload of talent - particularly at QB with a Kentucky commit. Its been a good week and can't wait to finish it off tonight! 2014 Patriot Season is upon us!

I'm ready to hear our secondary is up to par.  Anyone have an opinion?

HC won their match against a tough McCracken County squad 21-14. Running game looked really good. And outside of just a few plays, I thought the D played well. Still some things that need to be cleaned up and worked on, but overall I liked what I saw.

 

And the freshmen are something else. Just really fun to watch.
