DC won 6-3, and I know Kristen Hull from UHS and Danielle Tyson tied for regular season MVP, and Caplinger from DC won freshman of the year. Caplinger was also tourney MVP.

 

Can't remember all the awards though.

Danielle Tyson was named district co-mvp and best offensive player.

Kayley Caplinger was named freshman of the year.

Coach Bond was named district coach of the year.

Kylie Caplinger was named MVP of district tournament.

Congratulations to Dekalb County and Upperman Softball players and families.  Having watching your progress all season, it appears to this observer that the best teams prevailed.  

 

Congrats also to the Individual award winners of my Daughter's School:  Central Magnet High School.

Jamie Wilson SS/Catcher from LA 1st team all district. Addy Stover 1st base 2nd team all district. Sidney Pennycuff/LHP all district freshman team.

Uppermans first team all district players were SS Klaudia Hull, C Elizabeth Wheeler and I believe mentioned earlier P Kristen Hull was co MVP and Pitcher of the Year
