I think after July 12, they can.  If they have been down there before the 12th, that Childress man will get real mad.

I have no idea if they are or not but if the boys went to a camp without any of their coaches why would that be against the rule set by the TSSAA? Seems to me they should be patted on the back for preparing for the upcoming season the best way they could. What would you have them to do sit on their rear ends for four weeks and do nothing? The boys didn't do all the negative stuff just four individuals who had to break the law and cheat to create an advantage which did them no good at all.

That is by definition a violation of the dead period they agreed to.

 

 

1.   Marion County High School will be canceling the 2014 Spring Practice in football.

 

 

 

     2.  Marion County High School's football program will observe a four-week Dead Period during the summer of 2014.  The Dead Period will start on Sunday, June 15, and continue through Saturday, July 12.

I like to stir the pot as much as anybody, but people just need to get over all this. The team was humiliated by the stupid actions of a few coaches. Let the guys play football.

No they are not at Kennasaw U and I don't know where you are getting your info but in this case it is WRONG.

Not sure when they are allowed to practice or play but I know they were in a 7 on 7 Thursday and don't kid yourself. They have been preparing just as much as any other school.

Yes sir they were at Signal Mtn, But I assure you everything they are doing and have been doing is in compliance with the TSSAA.
