I have always heard it was a good school. They were in our district for years not so long ago. Some of the best games ive ever been to was cosby and UH. I wish they played football. Wonder why they dont.

I was there 1994-1998. In 1996 the Smokey Mountain Conference was very strong. UH, Cosby, Hancock, and Unaka were all ranked in the top 10 and even finished with a 4 way tie for first place. It was Cosby that beat us in the second round of the regional. We had a team good enough to win state that year. When all was said and done Hancock was the only one of the four that made state. The school wasn't big enough for football and it was too expensive to finance.
