Old Pirate says the Warriors will swat them Jackets. Grundy does have a good QB & his ability to connect might give the Warriors problems but in the end "The Zeman Train" will hurt some Yellow Jackets!

OP. I guess the JASPER folks are still celebrating their jamboree... hope they get back down to earth before Thursday, those jackets may play spoiler.

Jasper is best team in the valley. Can they be beaten? Yes, but if Zeman is healty I can see them at worst 9-1.

MCRW I was impressed with the MC team.  Looked disciplined and confident to me.  Defense still seemed a little soft but there were several JV players out there late against SP (I think).  I see this team getting better as the year progresses.  Thursday should tell a lot; the Grundy team will be a test.

I just don't think Grundy can stay close to Marion this year. At least a 4 TD win.

I have seen some tape of grundy...QB is not just good but real good.  and their o line looks very solid.  I look for both to score a lot of points.  I think this one is a shoot out something like 42-38. 

 

But I will say this, marion better not overlook Grundy and bring both the offense and defense.  a 14 point Grundy win would not surprise me in the least.  I think Grundy will be able to score plenty this year, not sure if they can stop anyone though.

 

I think Grundy gets the first upset of the year.
