Just noticed they aren't playing Alcoa...Gordonsville...or Clay. They played all 3 last year.

Looking at their schedule, Pickett and Jo Byrns are the only schools they play that are not small privates.

They're not part of the TSSAA, so they may have wanted to concentrate on playing those types of schools.

Plus they don't have the athletes they had last year. That could play into it.

I think we will be pretty stout in the front 7 on defense this year. It is basically the same exact people from last year. But we graduated a lot in the secondary and they've looked mediocre at best in scrimmages. Also I'm interested to see how we move the ball on Offense. When we needed a play last year we would give it to Cason and hope he can get a 1st down. Gordonsville 42-6 tonight. The real test is coming next week

28-0 final.

21-0 after the first, 28-0 at half.

2nd half, Clay did what they should've been trying to do all along, run the ball.

I will say with all the incomplete passes and the cramps, that was the longest and most boring game ever.

How many seniors does Gville have this year? We see you guys in a couple of weeks.

not for sure on total number but I'd say about 7 play on each side of the ball. I saw the RBS/JC score from last night. Is Red Boiling better than usual or is Jackson Co a little worse than usual? Is that big running back returning for RBS? I think his number was 22
