If there are injuries ON BOTH SIDES and someone states that how is that an excuse. If LC doesn't win it won't be because of injuries it will be because they get beat by a better team. And ask FV about how injuries can affect a team it's not an excuse just a fact that FV is better with their QB instead of without him. Key injuries can have an affect on most teams............. not an excuse just fact.

You're right! I don't remember anyone from LC mentioning injuries all year and I believe Fairview would be 4-1 with their QB.Injuries do make differences but you gotta play with what you got.

Sounds to me like Hickman has had some "play makers" to show on the field if they are 4-0. I agree about the excuses - every team's got 'em. Looking forward to hearing that score in favor of my ole Bulldogs Friday night.

How are these two teams matching up defensively? Overall, Hickman has not played very well thus far, just good enough to get the "W". Our boys will have to step up this week in order to walk away with their record intact. Our O line is improving every week and we have some bright spots on our D line, but continuous improvement week over week is a must at every position. We have a chance to have a strong season...it's up to the coaches at this point to use what they have to give us the best advantage. I will say this for this year's team...we have zero drama, everyone playing for each other and trying to do the right things. However, we are at a turning point in our schedule....we either step up or step off. We have the ability thanks to our O & D lines working hard and our backs being talented, but we have to dig deep and not make silly mistakes.
