Did anyone notice the absence of penalties last night? I don't remember how many we had but I would say it was less than three. I really don't recall any. How do you go from 16 to 3-4 in a week? I'll be interested to see the paper and the yardage. That tells you that last week's officials at Gibbs were awful.

Two things..1. CC's D must have been horrible cause every one knows that OR does not have any Breakaway speed so I'm surprised they won. 2. Lil Jon has shown his support for the Vols and the UT gangsta squad have painted the rock Lil Jon style.. I can't make this stuff up.. Where is Pepvol when you need him???

Now, congrats to OR. As I said, they are the better team. I thought the CC defense played better than previous weeks with a couple guys coming back from injuries. As I said in previous post, CC cannot afford to keep letting punts hit the ground. They gave up field position on every punt, prolly averaged 25 yards per punt and muffed one for a turnover that led to a short field for TD. I can't believe they don't have someone that can just kick the ball.

As for everyone that can't wait till AC game? Careful what you wish for. As of now I'd say AC wins that game going away. If it's closer than 17 points, I'd be surprised.

CC better make some improvements or Gibbs will tear them up.

I love our defense, I love that we ran the ball down their throats, I loved that we scored 24 points without even getting the ball to our wide receivers, I love the fact that our offensive line finally came to play, I love our kicking game, and I'm looking forward to seeing how this season plays out. I noticed #20 was still out...but we didn't miss a beat. And if anyone thinks Gaddis has lost his fire, did anyone else see the news last night? They showed a clip of him in the locker room before the game and WOW.....he looks possessed. That couldn't be fake. His eyes pierce right through you....even on the TV screen!  He seriously looked like Charles Manson in the eyes. Lots of passion in that man and I can see how he can fire up a team. He actually had me fired up and part of what he said made me mad, which had to be his intent. I'm feeling pretty good about things. RWR!!!!!

I noticed Gaddis's eyes too. I wouldn't want to fight him. He would probably hypnotize me with his eyes and then whip my a--!!  LOL  I would love to have been in that locker room!

While we could easily lose that game you say we will lose going away at least by 17? Get real man we all know you say things just to get a rile out of us OR fans. OR defense isn't Central defense. While they may beat us they aren't going to run it down our throat like they did Central. They will be forced to throw the ball which is something no one really knows if they can do against a top notch defensive squad. They looked impressive against Central but I think OR middle school team could score on them. OR physically kicked CC azz. Didn't even remotely do what we could've done. We told you where we were going to run all night and made you like it. That what just a good old fashioned azz kicking and to be honest it could affect CC for weeks to come. They got brutalized.

We didn't have a "breakaway" TD run last night. In fact, the CC run at the end of the game was longer than any run our running backs had. That's a problem.....

They only beat us 19-6 last year. So you're telling me that AC is better than they were last year and we are worse than we were last year! You better rethink your prediction before you lose what little credibility you ever had.

    • Harriman was better than what I anticipated. They had good skill guys and a QB that’s gonna make a lot of teams look silly. They had some silly pre snap penalties but it’s just spring and I guess that’s expected.    Oneida looks the part. They are big upfront and got a stable of backs that’s gonna carry them this year. They have a few playmakers at receiver also. They have a new receiver that has only played basketball till this year and he is very athletic. The question is can we find a QB to consistently get them the ball. They played 2-3 kids there and none looked great but they didn’t look awful either. The  defense is gonna be tough again but it’s very early and a lot can change between now and the fall.     It was good just to get out and watch some ball. I don’t know if Oneida has the team to win the region this year but just what I saw tonight I think they may be in the conversation come November.
