Looks like the Pirate ship is back on keel.I think South Pitt wins by at least 14.Starting to peak at the right time as usual.

Old Pirate done a bit of studing about the Pirates and is thrilled with the progress but ain't confident all SP folkes can rest easy jest yet. The off week come at a great time with several gimpy. The Bucs is going to be a real challenge cause theys a HEEP better than the record indicates with severa losses that could have easily been in the "W" column. Pert near sure the Bucs will have a real advantage with the addition of the former Pirate assistant that is sure to know the pirates weaknesses and strengths. The Pirates best get real mad and focused the rest of the way cause the road is going to be very bumpy.

SP is hopefully working hard this week. This won't be an easy game despite Boyd's record. I doubt Boyd is as good as week 0,1 and 3 pirate opponents, but they are probably better than the The Creek, Grundy and Whitwell.

As bad of a start to the season that BB has, they could honestly end the season at 5-5.  S. Pitt and Cooper could go either way.  Last year they end at 4-6 and somehow get a first round bye. Anything could happen although this isn't the BB team from '11 or '12 that ended at 9-1

 

Was not around from '11 or '12, but found the teams BB played during those years.  Really hard to judge, but those schedules were not even close to the same caliber BB has played the past 2 years.  Boyd did play Notre Dame a few years back and it was a total blow out.  Was it because Boyd was so good, or because Notre Dame was so bad?  My gut says Notre Dame was not even close to the strength they are today.
