That place was definitely packed to the gills for sure! I expected more noise from the AC crown though

I thought the field position game was a huge advantage for us.  AC out gained us by over 100 yards, but we started several of our drives in AC territory.  A fantastic game overall.  It reminded me of the DB games from 2003-2005.

I doubt Fox has ever been held scoreless unless he didn't score against Catholic. I can't remember of he did then. He got more yards tonight but OR did a good job of containing him.

Yep. We always bucked up and held them when they got close, though and that's what counts. That one stop on 4th down was massive. What a hit by #35. He about took #2's head off. Great game by both teams. Neil do you know if anything is wrong with Middleton? Didn't play 2nd half on defense? I noticed when they brought big Isaac in at DT #72 the sledding got a little bit tougher on them. That was a huge difference when he came into the game.

Fox scored 1 TD against Catholic because I remember watching it. He had 24 Carries for 135 they said on the radio. For what he has done this year we did a great job on him overall. BTW I think #2 is better than #7. He may be the best player y'all have and it's good when the ball is in his hand EVERY play.

No doubt about the field position. That is the thing that worried me the most. Our drives would stall after beginning on the 20. And we have it to y'all most times past the 50. You all have a pretty good punter too. Edited October 31, 2014 by TomJoad

On ACkickoffs was the short kicks intentional or is that just how he kicks

Those trick pass plays caught us off guard. We weren't ready for those.

#1 is awful frail though. Not sure he could've taken the pounding we dished out tonight even if he was healthy.

Smith is no. 1. 2 is a great player for sure. Did you notice he never came off the field? The thing with a healthy Smith though is that he runs that option very well.
