I'm sure bearden did not play well enough to win - WB just gave it to them - just as they gave every game away. If they had only scored in redzone and stopped the turnovers - they would be at least 7-3 and heading to playoffs.

Why don't you west fans kick rocks.... 3 missed opportunities in the redzone early in the game, Multiple turnovers, and a complete lack of effort in the 2nd half... This has been an ongoing problem all year and pointing that out is just stating the facts.. We mailed them the game tonight.,

"Pointing it out" as happening all year mean WB is just BAD. If it's a habit, than they're a BAD team.

They are a poorly coached and undisciplined team... Truly bad teams don't easily march it up and down the field on defenses game in and game out. Edited by Governors91

Try this one time. Congrats to bearden, they really wanted it more tonight. 34 unanswered points is hard to overcome. Time for us to work harder this week. Again - nice win bearden. Hope we can correct our mistakes and get better.

I'm sure you would be singing that tune if you were sitting on the side i'm sitting on and had to listen to what I heard tonight.

I sat through several losing seasons - and I'll sit through more in the future. But when you give up 34 unanswered to a team with zero wins, you normally just head on back across the river and admit defeat. It just gets almost funny as you almost never give credit to the victor, just that they were fortunate that your team decided to give them the game and allowed them to win.

      Well personally I see us going 9-1 so that isn't doom and gloom to me , Most people are thinking 6-4. Bearden will be the possible loss but hoping not. I was very impressed with what I saw this spring.

      the kid you are speaking about, played in JV games,  2H half Science Hill game, split time in Hardin Valley and Bearden and that was it.   The upcoming Senior RB was All Region as a Junior and is regarded by the media as one of the top running backs in East TN for 2024 season. Scouting services have him as a top 10 back in the state.  Something aint adding up with gloom and doom. Maybe he was hurt and not at spring practice when you watched?

      Are you kidding me?  You are just trolling now.  The new head coach's qualifications would be volunteer coach at the Oak Ridge Boys Club?  C'mon man, you can't be serious.  You're trolling us.  Anybody working at Clinton High School has to be like a cat in a room full of rocking chairs at this point.  They are coming after anybody and everybody that had knowledge of what was going on.  This is about to get real ugly.  Only in Clinton.
