silverpie Posted October 29, 2014 Report Share Posted October 29, 2014 In spots where a lot of teams are packed in, go with 10 teams and then have 5-team subregions. 1 vs 1 and 2 vs 2 in week 10 to determine playoff spots. That might help things. Some of the "non-subregion" games could be filled with teams from the opposite group. This is not a new concept (GA for one) Minor disagreement here. Play 1 v 1 for the region title, and then a pair of 2 v 3 crossovers as "play-in" games. (Then 4v4 and 5v5 to give those teams their 10th game.)
