In Middle Tennessee, I'm going to go with Page, FRA, and maybe Franklin.  We're A/AA so I've not seen many of the AAA fields.

But it the CCS field until they destroyed it.  I do know that it's not Siegel.  State finals in May were unacceptable.  Lots of green spray paint on dirt on the so-called "championship" field.

There were several fields that had grass last spring. All you had to do was plant winter rye in late September or early October and the field would have been green all spring even with the hard winter we had.

As far as fields go three a-aa schools come to mind. Columbia Academy has a great playing surface but the field itself is small. The other is Fairview. Their field is always in great shape in both fall and spring and is one of the larger fields around. But if i had to pick one Lipscomb Academy would be at the top of my list.

+1 on Lipscomb (both the college field and the one on Franklin Road) and definitely on Columbia Academy.  CA is short but nice and wide.  Fairview had a great field too, but they leave those permanent goals in place and the goal mouths are not good.  Other than that Fairview has a great field, long and wide and Coach Sizemore and his crew do a great job in maintaining the pitch.

There wasn't a golf course in middle TN that wasn't affected last Spring much less soccer surfaces. In fact, many soccer facilities closed fields.

To suggest planting winter rye is all you had to do is not correct. The fluctuation in temps hurt the rye in a big way and caused fields to either stay dormant or not produce at all.

It was impossible last spring to find a facility to hold the state tourney that wasn't in bad shape.
