Shout out to Billy Newton #27, Noah Smotherman #17, Kyle Ragsdale #11, Kiegan Daniels #77, and Taylor Hunt #5.

These are not the only seniors, but they stand out to me.

They've played through injuries and worked hard.

I've never seen a LB like Taylor Hunt play at the high level he did with a torn ACL. Props.

Good luck in the future guys.

Gville played just like I figured they would and that's tough to the end. Much respect for y'all's program! Hope all the fans that made the trip have a safe trip home!

Yup, they are a very hard playing team. Much respect and congrats on yalls season. It's tough to be a senior this time of year. Good luck in the future.

Congrats to my Wildcats and all the young guys that have stepped up time and time again the whole season. Now let's take it to NCS.

Any updates on Loretto

Yeah... Sorry my hands got cold so I put my phone up til I got home.

S.H. won but honestly Loretto helped them with fumbles the whole game (4 fumbles total- 3 turned over and one interception) and Loretto still managed to keep it close. Last turn over was legit caused by S.H., an interception seen coming as the night was long, that sealed the deal.

Scott's Hill played ball. Good team in many aspects but Loretto gave it up in my opinion. Scott's Hill got the win caused they played a little better ball with no turnovers.

I like the Scott's Hill vs. MP match up. Scott's Hill deserves to be there. The better team won tonight.

Congrats on y'alls Win. Hate to hear about both backs going out. Y'all need them next week. Let us know what happened and how they are doing.

    • Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
    • I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
