I would like to commend the Sevier County Cheerleaders for knowing where to stand. Last week, Walker Valley's stood down off the field in front of the visitor's stands and the week before them Farragut did the same thing. I guess all those years of Jamboreeing in Blount County paid off.

 

 

Was the post about a suspension/ineligible a smoke screen or was it for real?

#1 was held out of game > was told he had gotten into trouble at school (fighting) .... Some of MHS players spoke with him after game (play baseball with him during summer)

#1 got hosed by tssaa. In the game vs harden valley he was supposed to be ejected is what they called in with on mon. He did not get ejected because the refs fixed the mistake during the game. They thought he threw his helmet but it got knock off by a HV players knee & that would have been 2nd personal foul but it did not happen and he didnt get ejected but the story was from tssaa he should have been ejected. He could have helped for sure but they would have still come up short. 

 

@sdot your right we lose the kicker and the DE but we have some depth on the DL. Some of that depth should get moved to the OL and probably will. Some good young talent on the way, but depth will be the biggest issue the numbers are just down since they opened HVA.
