Not the same Mustangs of old with run right/left/up the middle...athletes all over the field. Going to be a HUGE year in Mustang Country!

Mustangs dominated all three games. When you got game jerseys and Fri night lights on those boys don't differentiate from jamboree to real game. They want to run, tackle, and impress their teammates, coaches, and fans so you can throw out its just a scrimmage every player out there playing every down as their lives and position depending on it. Impressive to dominate the much larger school in all three games. Hope we keep the train rolling and healthy. We came oit of gate playing well early last year and hit that mid season slump.

We need to work on penalties a little but impressive in my opinion even if it was a jamboree.  Enjoyed the Freshmen and Junior Varsity game too, future looking bright.  2 weeks to prepare for the Camden Lions, so glad the mustangs played Lexington hard.  If they keep playing great and keep their minds on the prize they can see some good things this season.  Going to be a interesting season for sure.

We almost scored more points in one game against alcoa than you guys probably did the 10 years, year we played them lot 52-41

Sounds like Waverly roughed up Camden tonight I already predicted 2 td win by stangs, but could be worse, but tonight's loss by Camden takes a little luster off stang/lion match up next week.
