Coalfield at Greenback 2014 Quarterfinals

Under Coach Hicks reign GB has beaten CHS 2 out of 3 in the last two yrs,something the previous coach could not do.CHS has our number in the playoffs GB has had the better all around team the previous two playoff meetings but havnt gotten it done when it matters.GB is the HANDS DOWN better team this yr BUT CHS is usually ready for out Nov meeting.If the GB shows up that blew out Meigs,Rockwood,Gat Pitt and out played GCA for three quarters then we win by 21 plus.If the Harriman,Coalfield and first half of Midway team shows up CHS can pull the upset.I wont say this game dont worry me,we start off so slow somethimes.I think if we go to the two back set with Laforce and Anderson we can a little quicker start.We will see should be a typical hard nosed game!

As far as starting slow, don't get down 24 in the 1st qtr. lol We out scored them 28-14 afterwards but the hole was just to deep

I might be wrong, but that's probably TC yeller jackets that he was referring to. We've always supported Creasy and that hard nosed bunch from Hartsville.

This won't get out of hand. It's a lot different approach when you are preparing for GB in the playoffs when nobody gives you a chance. I look for coalfield to get it done once again this week.

I hope your right. We've been written off all season. We seem to thrive in situations like this. But like I said we've got so many young kids playing this year.

10-4,i thought i had read that the injured back is playing.We banged up a couple last night but shouldnt keep them off the field.
