Blow yo minds with these facts....

The Wildcats have Mercy Ruled 5 of 6 opponents and have scored 40+ pts by HALFTIME in 4 of 6 games!!

Here is the numbers....

1st Half Points (Varsity):

Who's the best team you have played so far?

That would be Scotts Hill. Before you tell me how bad SH is look how they have done since our game. We got up 21-7 and seem to let up. Give them alot of the credit though they are a good team. They exploited what was at the time a weakness which was our secondary. They can pass the ball very good. Since then our secondary has played very good. I believe we have played only one half of bad ball all year.

They are also 5-2 and in 1st in their Region in 2A(5-2A). They just dominated Riverside 52-0 Friday night. They will win out except for Waverly, that will be a battle! So they will finish 8-2 or at worst 7-3. They have lost to WC and McNairy Central (a 3A school).

Quality team with an epic passing attack, best ive seen in many years, other than ours!

Your numbers are impressive on paper...I said it a long time ago our game will be won in the trenches...sounds like Rice is a very good QB but so are Johnson and Pearson...Dodson is our scat back who is having a great year and Clifft on the outside is a huge weapon the couple of times we have thrown it...big boys up front on both sides of the ball will win this game

Preston Rice (6'3 225) is a better throwing QB than 44 n 11 but they are better runners. We have #4 who is our feature back who goes 6' 210 then our FB/RB #7 goes 6'1 225. Our #3 and #4 backs go 5'11 235(#20) and arguably our best most versatile back is a sophomore(he leads the team in Rush yds) is #8. He is still growing into his body. Listed at 5'10 155 but can run 4.6 and the guy aint even 16 yet lol.

Also we have 3 BIG weapons to throw to. #32 our Starting TE, Preseason All State, has almost 400 rec yds and 8 TDs. He goes 6'1 210.

Our 2 WRs are #10 & #15. Both are small but both run like the wind. #10 has height at 6'2.

But the Line will be a huge factor like you said.

Once again very impressive numbers on paper...only thing you should be worried about is your schedule...no one close on your schedule to what Huntingdon will bring to Waynesboro...these teams may be down this year but these Juniors and Seniors have played 3A Milan Camden Westview 2A McKenzie 1A Union City Dresden every year so they have been in big games...I see this one as a shootout..last team with the ball may win...going to be a long 3 weeks

I believe our Defense wins this game for us...IMHO. It will be a battle for sure but if you look at the teams we have played vs teams yall have played we have faced teams with better records so that argument is invalid man. The first 5 teams we played ALL made it to at least the 2nd rd of the playoffs last yr and 3 of the 5 was 2A teams! We have played some good teams actually. Cant help we blow them out lol

No problem. No one close to Wayne County that you've played this year.

    • Dyersburg may win back to back to back championships. They are going to be hands down the best 3A team. Plus their District/region/sectionals are not very good. They basically just have to make it to region out of a 5 team district that has a few decent teams. South Gibson will be okay but they graduate their best player and there is nobody in the region 7 or region 8 who is going to compete with them.
    • I remember very well watching things change in the late 80's and yes it's all schools. Most people that are in charge today have any idea because they were raised and taught under this social experiment so they don't have a clue. Anyone that does see the truth for what it is usually try and hide it by blending in so that the School Gestapo doesn't round them up and take them to the Fuhrer ( kindly putting it ). Yes it is all schools not just Maryville. This train ride is not headed in a good direction and if the public had seen a movie of what's happening now back in 1980 everyone would have been headed home afterwards to change underware.
    • Hoping to make the playoffs.
    • You are so correct!  It’s really 99.9% of academia want to change to way that education is not only taught but the way it is viewed.  The pendulum has definitely swung as far to the left as possible and eventually will swing to the right much too far.  I have always  said that politics and one’s personal religious views need to stay out of education,  but for the last 40 years education has been running full throttle to what we have today.  If the social experiment that we are currently experiencing continues it is only a matter of time before the public school system in the USA completely collapses and all kids attend private schools or even worse don’t go to school.
    • He was a bruise but Aaron Dykes is HVA’s best RB ever.
