District play starts for both teams tonight.  There will be really good players on the floor competing against each other.  Both teams are capable of winning some big games this year.

We will finally know what Huntland has. If they are about like last years team MTCS wins by 15.

The Wilkerson girl stayed in foul trouble and the officiating was not great! I don't have any affiliation with either team, but huntland looks like last years team. They will be Golden dependent, if she hits crazy threes they can win any game. Problem being that the law of averages catches up with them. On the other hand, MTCS played below my expectations. Buckner carried them at times, I look for their team to improve greatly as the season progresses.

Any district win on the road this year is a good win. 9a has to be one of the toughest districts from top to bottom in single a.

She is an amazing competitor. I don't see community getting beat unless she has a bad game. Sarah dosent have many of those. They can be beaten, it has been done just not by a single A team this year. She has the luxury of a great supporting cast, and the team looks more like a AA team to me. Most other single A teams have one or two options and they have many.
