BKisler
SC was close to Wc because #23 for WC had some grade issues with WC's new standards. He was held out of most of the plays and really only played when he was needed, as was on SC last extra point. Had he played all the downs on defense and been in to help run the ball WC would've won by 3 TD's. He had 15 yards on only two runs. How is a player held out most plays for grade issues and put in when team needs him? I would think he either doesn't dress and misses game until grades are squared away or is allowed to play full game. Not bits and pieces when team needs him. That's crazy! WC has a new policy that if you have an F in a class one week you are put on notice. if you do not increase that grade the next week you miss the game. It was his first week with an F and the coach by not starting him was trying to make him see that they were serious. Since he didn't get the hint he will watch tonight in dress clothes. Good for the coaches. We need more like them. Hope the young man gets the point.

eers
Still waiting to see the OT results, but I will go ahead and eat crow on SC getting blown out. Didn't watch the game or know how it happened, but I honestly didn't think they would be in the game.
Verb58
SC is 0-3 by a combined 4 points. Any team who slacks up on them will get beaten. Probably not a more battle tested team in the region.
