I'm not sure about that touchdown call, but we blew too way many opportunities in this game to put it on that.

Maybe we'll see the Bears again in November, who knows?

Agreed. West has as good of a chance as anyone in 5A. To be honest 5A is wide open this year. A lot of different teams have the ability win it all this year.

If that team runs out in any uniform that doesn't say Sevier County on it the Trojans win this one, we went away from whats been working all year and played passive on defense which allowed Wallace to pick us apart. All the credit to Sevier County for coming out to play but this is a really, really bad loss for West.

I've said it before, although maybe not on here, that Sevier County is to Morristown West what Florida is to Tennessee: a mental block.

 

I sure hope it was just Lamar trying a different approach and trying to save his aggressive defense for if we see them in the playoffs. His play calling tonight took a step backward.

I'm disappointed too. Changing our normal approach and a few mistakes made a huge difference. Maybe we'll get them back in the playoffs, but I'll have to see it first.
