Huntingdon host Trousdale County Round 1

We've been thru so much over the years we don't get as excited as we should. I would love all of Huntington too show up like I think they will to get that electric playoff atmosphere going on. Nothing like playing at home but I love a high school football road trip as well.

If you've never been to Huntingdons Paul Ward stadium then your in for a treat, very nice facility! Not that Trousdales ain't, I've just never been there

As facilities go, it's not that TC has the greatest in the state. It's the placement of the stadium mixed with a great atmosphere and so many big playoffs games that have been played. The mystique of the Creekbank come playoff time is second to none. Deep runs in playoffs with home game not only does the entire town come but so do surrounding communities, making for standing room only. As far as facilities go, I looked up Huntington stadium and it looks as good or better than anyone in 1a to me. Something to be proud of for sure.

Now now... I know better than that. Give me the skinny on Huntingdon. Not the team... How long is it going to take me to get there, and where do I need to eat?

My two cents on eating stop at the log cabin restaurant on exit 143 it's on 40 you will not be disappointed

Huntingdon's facilities are ever bit as nice as Union City's.The playing surface is just as good. The stands,fieldhouse and bathrooms are better.Only thing we don't have is a indoor workout facility and grounds crew.

I agree, both have a lot to be proud of. If y'all have never seen Columbia Academy's facilities your missing out, best in 1a hands down imo.
