I was just thinking about the shrieks and angry cries from the moms at the Clarksville Academy game. It was blood curdling. They kept saying, "My baby!!!" and "Leave my baby alone!!!" It was probably the quarterback's mom or maybe the running back. I really don't care. Anyway, have a great game.

I'm all about serious questions. He really hasn't been consistently but there was one game earlier in the year we struggled a bit. See, that didn't hurt asking a serious question and getting a decent answer which is just my opinion. Of course opinions vary.

I really think this is what will make the difference in the game Friday. I think #5 is going to feel consistent pressure that he hasn't felt in a long time. I'm sure he's smart and tough and won't rattle easily but If our D can get to him enough, and I have confidence that they will, then the turnover and field position advantage will go to NC. Of course we will have to be stingy against the run also. This defense likes to feast in the opponent's backfield so I am looking forward to seeing if they can have an impact on #5.

35's stats from this year probably had very little to do with the recruiting process. He has been recruited heavily for some time now. His size and body have much more to do with that. There are guys with great stats that just dont have the body for D1 football.

You are a certifiable nutcase, and I don't usually "bite" when someone is arguing just for the sake of it. Stats are the results of game performance, and the major source of information used as a measurement of talent and ability. Let me assure you that there are more guys with the size and body that lack the athletic ability and talent to play at the DI level than the reverse (as you say). I've never heard of a recruiter asking for a picture of a player, usually want to know about 40 times, bench. squat, ect...

NCS has a great team, some good longtime supporters on the 'T, and some DI worthy talent...no need for some Johnny come lately bandwagon jumping used car salesman to get on here and spew sewage...I'm out.

Glad to read a sensible post...good luck to NCS the rest of the season, but have to root for WC. No ill will toward anyone associated with your program either, it's a shame that all posters from Nashvegas don't have the class that the longtimers have.

Let me tell you the difference in these 2 teams. One knows how to get over that hump and win a championship. The other doesn't.

Allow me to correct your post........

Let me tell you an insignificant difference in these 2 teams that will not in any way affect Friday's game.

And it made no difference when the two met last year either.
