I would bet on Crockett since they are playing well and will have almost 7,000 fans cheering for them. However, Oak Ridge just might have the depth, defense and 3-point shooters to off set the Crockett crowd.

 

If the Crockett star goes for 25 + then OR is in deep doo doo. Otherwise the Wildcats win by 5.

Rumor has it that DB is looking at a couple of up and coming East TN coaches.....

DB hasn't had a "good" basketball coach since Buck Van Huss. They can't get rid of Morgan unless he breaks the law in a major way or decides to step down on his own. He's not going to do either so there you go. Speaking of Rumors the hottest one going in Kingsport is that the AD is stepping down at the end of the school year. (I know, to good to be true). The bad part of the rumor is the three replacement in line to take over. One would be a major upgrade and the other two are far worse than the current AD. Anybody want to make a bet on who gets the job if the rumor is true?

What a way to lose. A ticky tack foul with 2.5 sec left. Kudos to Crockett on the win, but that was an extremely cheap call. Some fouls you don't just call. That was basically a home game for them, so we did well in a very hostile environment. You can't help but wonder if they didn't want that big crowd back again tomorrow for Crockett. Oh well it is what it is. Congrats to them they have a very good team. Hope we see them again.

In my experience, the best way to not get a ticky tack foul called on you is to just not foul in the first place.
